Graduate from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Social Sciences or other related field is required. One year of experience in case management, social services or a related field is required. Demonstrate ability to complete pre-service and other training programs as required. Ability to communicate clearly orally and in writing and apply problem solving techniques to complex issues. Experience in Microsoft Office or other similar software applications is preferred. Must possess an Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) Counselor Certification by an accredited certifying organization. A valid driver's license is required.
