(Position within Addiction Treatment Services)

Current certification as Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC II) or LADAC. (E)

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Provide leadership and coordination in the development, implementation, and management of policies and practices to ensure the delivery of high quality, cost effective care in all service settings consistent with Agency mission and in accordance with Agency, payor and regulatory requirements.*

a. Ensure credentialing, licensing, accreditation, regulatory and Agency requirements, including facility, substance abuse records, documentation standards, financial records and program assets, are maintained.

b. Manage the implementation of agency, county, state and regulatory policies and practices to ensure consistent quality service delivery; directly supervise service delivery quality and content.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: (E = Essential; D = Desired)
1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field and three years’ full time, direct care experience with individuals with substance/alcohol use concerns. (E)
    a. Additional full time, paid work experience may include:
        i. Master’s degree in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or
           Behavioral Science and two years’ post-licensure experience; (may be  
           required for some assignments;)

       ii. One year full-time supervisory experience. (E)

2. Current licensure from the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) as a Licensed Marriage, Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW); (D) Current licensure from the California Board of Psychology (BOP) as a Licensed Psychologist (PSY) may be required for some assignments. (D)
