Turning Point Community Programs (TPCP) has offered a path to mental health since 1976. Today we operate in over 40 programs in eight California counties providing integrated, cost-effective mental health services, employment and housing for adults and children with psychiatric, emotional and/or developmental disabilities. At TPCP we believe it is an honor and a privilege to promote recovery, independence and self-sufficiency while supporting our clients in realizing and achieving their goals. Our 600+ colleagues have the unique opportunity to help their communities every single day, creating a better space for all types of people in need. Join our team in offering hope, respect and support to individuals on their journey to wellness.

The Mental Health Services Coordinator III (PSC III) works at our Coloma Center program providing psychosocial, rehabilitation and recovery-oriented services for adults. The program seeks to empower individuals in taking charge of their own lives while promoting self-care and independence.

The PSC III assists clients in meeting their personal goals and the development of skills around coping, socialization, and day-to-day activities. The PSC III has the privilege of helping these individuals achieve stability and become valued citizens in their community. An integral component of this role is to coordinate clients’ mental health treatment and collaboration of care among the treatment team. The PSC III works closely with clients, families, and care providers at every stage and provides integrated support at job sites, homes, and other care facilities. This position requires the ability to respond to critical situations and the provision of “on-the-spot” support aligned with program procedures and philosophy. To maintain efficiency, the PSC III is also responsible for ensuring that all paperwork, records, and reports are consistent with program needs and expectations.
