Coloma Center is an intensive outpatient mental health treatment program that provides services designed to collaborate with individuals with a serious mental illness (SMI). The program supports individuals who are at risk of or currently involved with the criminal justice system, multiple psychiatric hospitalizations, out of home placement, homelessness or risk of homelessness. Coloma Center is an Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) program that utilizes a multidisciplinary team consisting of licensed marriage and family therapists, social workers, rehabilitation experts, a family care coordinator, youth advocate, peer support specialist, CADC Specialist, nurse, and psychiatrist.
