Confidential Recovery, an IOP/OP treatment program for working adults is seeking an AOD counselor. Confidential Recovery is an innovative treatment program that utilizes a harm reduction, medically assisted treatment approach when dealing with working adults challenged by substance use disorders.
The ideal candidate will have a miniumum of three years post-certification experience working in a curriculum-based treatment program. A knowledge of the special barriers to treatment for this population is essential. Dual diagnosis and trauma-informed experience is highly preferred. Experience utilizing a seeking safety curriculum is a plus for consideration.
This position reports to the Clinical Director and the Program Director.
Duties to include: Initial intake assessments, discharges, treatment plan development, completion of on-going progress notes; further, demonstrated experience in 1:1 and group facilitation is required. The company deploys Electronic Medical Health records so experience with insurance-based SOAP note standards is essential.
This position is part time initially working three afternoons mornings or evenings.
