We are looking to hire an Office Manager to join our team! The office manager will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the office, daily case management, and assisting the office in any area needed. 

Responsibilities: Manage client records and information, provide administrative assistance to clerical staff and cover counselors as needed, perform other office tasks.

Qualifications: Ability to prioritize an multi-task, bilingual English / Spanish, Deadline and detail-oriented, Strong leadership qualities and organizational skills, Registered Drug & Alcohol Counselor and/or Registration as an Inern upon hiring. Reliable source of transportation-ability to run daily errands for office. 

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 10:30am-7:30pm, Tuesday 10:00am-7:00pm, Friday 9:00am-5:00pm and one Saturday per month 8:00am-1:00pm. 

Pay rate: $13-$14/hr, DOE
